VI. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES
We deliver orders to customers all over Greece. All orders are shipped with our partner shipping carrier SPEEDEX.
Shipping fees, according the current price list of SPEEDEX, are as follows:
Delivery within Thessaloniki and other continental destinations in Greece:
Up to two (2) kilograms: 3,30 €
For every additional kilogram: 1,33 €
Delivery to Greek islands*:
Up to two (2) kilograms: 3,30 €
For every additional kilogram: 1,33 €
*If the order is to be delivered to the islands of Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Karpathos, Kalymnos, Chios, Lesvos, Samos, Lemnos, Ikaria, Mykonos, Santorini, Milos, Kithira, next working day delivery is possible with a surcharge of 1,07 € per kilogram.
If the order is to be delivered to remote areas, as specified by SPEEDEX in their website www.spedex.gr, there shall be a surcharge of 1,33 € to the aforementioned rates.
All aforementioned rates include VAT.
Once you have completed your shipping information (delivery address), total shipping fees are calculated and displayed in the relevant field, according to the rates valid at the time of the submission of the order.
- If the products ordered are in stock, they shall be shipped within two working days of receiving cleared payment. In any other event, shipping shall take place within three working days.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, unforeseen lack of materials etc), we will contact you by email or phone in order to find a solution.
- Delivery will take place within three working days of shipping (i.e. of your package being handed over by us to the shipping carrier, as above). For remote areas, as specified by the shipping carrier, delivery may require one or two additional working days.
- We ship orders, and our partner shipping carrier delivers them daily except for Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays and days of general strikes, except for cases where/when the shipping carrier may be unable to receive or deliver packages for reasons within its own sphere of influence.
- Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order and its number.
- Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a further email with your order’s tracking number, with which you may follow your package at the website of the shipping carrier.
