VIII. REPAIR SERVICE
Our e-shop offers quality products that stand the test of time and are made of natural materials. Being completely in charge of their design and production, and having a successful and decades-long presence in the market of design and production of leather goods, we are in the position to offer a specialised repair service for our goods, in case any of them needs to be repaired due to regular wear, lack of proper maintenance, or alterations in the physical properties of their material.
The cost of the repair will depend on the materials and labour involved and will be communicated prior to its execution. To this end, you are invited to email us (at info@marionvouzas.com) with detailed pictures of any of our products that you believe are in need of repairs, along with your phone number. We will evaluate the type of repair needed and will let you know how to proceed, with details on how to send us your product and the estimated cost of the repair.
PLEASE NOTE: Our business only repairs products of its own brand, that have been bought from its e-shop (www.marionvouzas.com) or affiliated retail stores. Repairs will only take place if sufficient proof of purchase can be shown.
