VII. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Return policy
Our e-shop seeks to provide you with the opportunity to have direct contact with our products via your device, by providing extended descriptions about the products on offer and by employing our decades-long experience in the leather goods market. Hoping to showcase the advantages of online shopping in our daily life, we would like to inform you of the conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal as well as for the return of damaged/defective goods.

Returns/cancellations
We shall only accept returns under the following conditions:
A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1- You may withdraw from the contract of sale within fourteen (14) calendar days, without providing any reason for your decision. The deadline ends when fourteen (14) calendar days have passed from the day that you, or a third party appointed by you (not including the carrier), has received possession of the goods.
2- You shall inform us in a clear manner that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, by contacting us within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, either by email (info@marionvouzas.com) or phone (+30 2310233435).
3- In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in the exact same condition that you have received them, in their original and undamaged packaging, without further wear, without defects, without having used them or removed any labels or other markings, complete with all parts and accessories thereof and any accompanying documentation.
4- The goods must be returned to us together with the receipt issued for your order.
5- By exercising your right of withdrawal, you may ask for a return of the amount you had paid for the products, or for them to be substituted with other products.
6- In case of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days of the day when you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the goods are found to be in excellent condition, then you will be entitled to a full refund or to the delivery of other products (following your request for the latter, subject to availability and after any price differences have been addressed).
7- After we examine the returned goods, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund. In a positive case, we will immediately issue the refund, and in any event within fourteen (14) days of the day that we have been notified about your withdrawal. You will be refunded with all payments we have received from you for the particular order at hand, except for the shipping costs that you have paid for the delivery of your order, as explained in the section “SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES” of our website. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until all products have been returned to us or until we have been shown sufficient proof that they have been returned. Refunds shall always be issued to the original payment method.
8- If the products have been delivered together with gift products, the latter should also be returned.
9- PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal is not available if the specific goods concerned have been built-to-order according to your specifications/personal preferences, following your own request.

B. CONSUMER RIGHTS IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

As a seller of consumer goods, our business remains responsibly for any defects thereof or if they do not possess the qualities that have been promised to the consumer, according to article 5 of Law No. 2251/1994 regarding protection of consumers and articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code. Your rights according to law remain intact.

Right of return/replacement/return of the goods:
Our business takes all necessary measures so that all goods (regardless of type) are produced with all due caution and packaged carefully in order to be delivered to you in pristine condition. In rare cases, however, there is a chance that some of our products are damaged during the shipping process. Even more rarely, you may receive a defective product. For this reason, and regardless of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we request that you carefully examine your products upon delivery.
If you receive the goods and do not inform us of any reservations, you will be deemed to have received the products in satisfactory condition. However, if you notice any undue wear and/or defects, you should immediately notify us via email (info@marionvouzas.com) or phone (+30 2310 233435), specifying whether you would like to receive a replacement product or would prefer to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Alternatively, given that our business is the designer and producer of the products listed on our e-shop, you may ask for the repair of your product, which can be done following our further communication, completely free of charge.
In any event, you should be advised that, given that leather is a natural material, slight deviations in colour or texture between different specimens of the same product type are to be expected and are not the mark of a defective product. Similarly, any discoloration of the leather product throughout the passage of time (even if part of the dye is transferred to a moistened cloth, e.g. due to sweat), is not considered a product defect but a physical property of leather goods. Our products undergo special processing (“resinato”) to eliminate this phenomenon, however the wear of their outer protective layer throughout the passage of time is also natural and unavoidable and does not constitute a defect. In any event, you are advised to follow the use and maintenance instructions for your leather products, as listed in our blog.

Return of defective goods
You may return any defective product by handing it over to our partner shipping carrier SPEEDEX, together with you receipt. If you choose SPEEDEX for this process, our business shall cover the return shipping costs. However, if you choose an alternative shipping option, you will have to cover the shipping costs.
We shall carefully examine the return goods and will let you know by email, within the necessary amount of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair of the goods (depending on your request). Refund or replacement of the goods will be completed as soon as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we shall confirm that you are entitled thereto. If you would prefer that the product be repaired, such repair will take place within the absolutely necessary period of time, following our further communication.
In case of a refund, you will receive the full amount of money you originally paid for the purchase and shipping of the defective product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
